The work order can be opened within OutSmart, where you have insight into all the information of the work order within our software. But this work order can also be downloaded in <span style="color: #ff991f">pdf-file</span>, and this pdf file can also be send to the customer via [email](https://out-smart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TIB/pages/418709575).

In addition, you want to be able to determine the layout of your work order. What information may or may not appear on the PDF? What colour should be shown on the work order ? All these types of settings can be made via Settings > Templates > PDF-settings.
