Below the scheduler, a table can be displayed with <span style="color: #ff991f">all work orders that still need to be planned</span>. A work order still needs to be scheduled, if it has not yet been assigned to an execution date and/or an employee. In addition, the work order must of course still be in status 'Registered' or 'Pending', to be shown in the table with unassigend work orders. A work order that is already complete, i.e. has already been executed, does not have to be planned.

From the table with unassigned work orders, a work order can easily be dragged into the scheduler. With this, you plan the work order for an employee on a certain day. You can set up the information you want to see in this folder of unassigned work orders.

The table consists of <span style="color: #ff991f">several columns</span>. In the image above you can see the column Execution Date, Deadline, (Work) Type, Customer, City, Description, etc.. If you want more information about this work order, you can click on the eye-icon.

But you can also show a different column. You can do this by clicking on the three-dot box above the scheduler. Then you can choose Screen configuration > Unassigned work orders and click on <span style="color: #ff991f">Table configuration / wrench</span> at the bottom. Then you get various options that you can check. Once an option is checked, that's an additional column in the table. You can also change the order in the table by dragging a column to another position. After saving, this is processed in the table.

Of course you can also change the order of the work orders in the table by clicking on a column, after which the table is sorted by alphabet or high to low for that column.

With the <span style="color: #ff991f">filters</span> button you can filter the overview of work orders, so that, for example, only the work orders for Utrecht are shown.
