When you use OutSmart, of course you will create work orders and schedule them. But to be able to do that quickly and efficiently, it is good to know how to create a database of customers within OutSmart. If your debtors are in OutSmart, you do not have to fill in all the data of the customer in a work order, but the name and address details of the customer are automatically filled in. You can also find the history of work orders (and possibly quotations, objects, contracts, projects, etc.) under the relevant customer.

A customer has main information within OutSmart, which contains the standard data. But a debtor can have multiple [work addresses](https://out-smart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TIB/pages/418513015) and [contacts](https://out-smart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TIB/pages/418480245). These can also be created and the following articles will discuss this in detail.
