In the scheduler, you'll see the work orders that are assigned to an employee and to an execution date and time. But which information of this work order is shown on the scheduler, you can set in the Scheduling board settings. Here you can also set, for example, whether or not you want to see the weekend days (Saturday and Sunday). To go to these settings, click the three-dot button above the planning board and click on Scheduling board settings or go to Settings > Work order settings > Scheduler.

These settings are divided in a couple of sections: Layout, Display, Interaction, Colour per employee and Scheduler field name.

**Layout**
Show pending work orders: Here you can check whether or not you want to see the table with [Unassigned work orders](https://out-smart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/TIB/pages/418480331) below the scheduler. If you turn this off, you will only see the scheduler and not the work orders that have not yet been assigned to a date and employee.
Show map: You can also check or uncheck whether you want to see the map below the scheduler. This map gives insight about where a customer address is and also where your employees are located.
Board height: determines how much space your scheduler takes up in your screen.
Agenda slots height: determines how high a line is in the Calendar view of the scheduler.

**Display**
Number of days: At the display-button of the scheduler, you can switch the view to a timeline Day, x Days, Week or Month. The x is determined based on the number of days you enter here.
Number of weeks: At the display-button of the scheduler, you can switch the view to a Basic Day, Week, x Weeks or Month. The x is determined based on the number of weeks you enter here.
Show tasks: When this check mark is on, the tasks for an employee on that day also become visible on the scheduler.
Show archived orders: If this check mark is selected, the work orders in the archive remain visible on the scheduler. These work orders will be given a trash can icon, so you know that the receipt has been archived.
Show aggregated orders: When you merge two or more work orders, a new work order is created. If the check mark next to 'Show aggregated orders' is on, this new combination voucher will also be shown on the scheduler.
Show weekends: If this is on, Saturday and Sunday are also shown on the scheduler. If this is off, only the weekdays are visible on the planning board.
Start time – End time: This allows you to determine from what time to what time is visible on the scheduler (in timeline-display). If it is set from 0700 hours to 1700 hours, then you will not see a work order that is scheduled from 0500 – 0630 hours, because that falls outside the set times.

**Interaction**
Plan start time - Plan end time: If you create a work order from the scheduler, it will be given a time based on the set start time and the end time.
Slot duration: If you use the timeline view in the scheduler, you determine here how long a timeslot should be. Is a timeslot 30 minutes or five minutes? So by customizing it here, you determine how detailed your overview is when you use the timeline display.
Time between orders: If you drag a work order on the scheduler (for example from 1200 hours to 1315 hours), and the time between orders is 00:30 (30 minutes), you can only move the work order from 1200 hours to 1230 hours, 1300 hours, 1330 hours, etc. If you set the time between orders to 00:15 (15 minutes), a work order can be dragged from 1200 hours to 1315 hours.
Hide ad hoc work orders: If this check mark is on, you will not see the ad hoc work orders in the table with unassigned work orders.
Hide work orders linked to group: If you schedule a work order to a group instead of assigning it to an employee, it will not be shown in the table with work to be scheduled if this check mark is on. Note: when you assign a work order to a group, this work order is not yet visible on the app, because it must still be assigned to an employee as well.
Overlap allowed: When this check mark is on, you can schedule multiple work orders at the same times with the same employee. If the check mark is off, this is not possible.
Recurring planning / Automatic lock: If this check mark is selected, any work order that is dragged in the scheduler will be immediately locked at that moment. Then this work order cannot be dragged before it is first 'unlocked'.

Show work order summary: If this check mark is off, the entire work order is immediately opened the moment it is clicked on. If the check mark is on, you will first see a short overview as in this picture.

**Colour per employee**
Here, each employee can be assigned their own color. When someone has a color set, it can be visible in several ways:
- In the Calendar view, the work order receives an extra bar in the color of the employee to whom the work order is assigned.
- In the Basic and Timeline view you will see the color at to the name of the employee.

Under 'Scheduler view:' you set whether the color is shown the entire row of the employees name or only as a dot left or right.

You can also set that the picture of the employee is shown here. For this, a photo must of course be uploaded at the employee-settings.

**Scheduler field name **
Here you determine which information of the work order is shown in the scheduler. By dragging the desired information into the box:

![image](media://e1684787-64a7-4384-ab29-36fc23586bb3)

Trim description (...): If this check mark is selected, the full description will not be shown in the scheduler. This is also abbreviated in the table Unassigned work orders.
Show full text: If this check mark is off, then the work order on the scheduler becomes a single line and therefore not all set information is immediately displayed. Only when you hover over the work order with your mouse, all text becomes visible. When the check mark is on, you will always see the full text.
Hide planning hours: With this check mark off you will not see the start- and end time of the work order on the schedule.
Show indication…: Various icons can be set here. For example, if there are photos in the work order, an icon of a camera can be shown.
