Scheduling assignments and assigning them to the right employee(s), so that your field service can easily register hours and materials on the work order, via our easy-to-use app. You have probably already seen in our software that you can easily get started with creating and planning a work order. But this is all still according to the default set-up. In this part of our knowledge base, we will help you to set up OutSmart in such a way that it is an application that is completely tailored to your company! To do that, we will first focus on the basics of OutSmart. So we start with everything you need to be able to use the work orders properly.
