OutSmart can link with many <span style="color: #ff991f">ERP-, CRM- or accountingsoftware</span>. You can find all the integrations on our [website](https://out-smart.com/software/integraties/). With most integrations it is possible to import <span style="color: #ff991f">customers and items</span> from the linked software into OutSmart. In some cases, orders  can also be imported to  OutSmart as a work order. And if a work order has been executed (completed) within OutSmart, it can be send to t<span style="color: #ff991f">he order or as a new (draft) invoice</span> within the linked software. This way you do not have to retype everything in the invoice.

Many of the integrations are made and managed by OutSmart and there is general information about that below. Some integrations are managed by the software companies and therefore often work differently.

When you have purchased the integration via the license manager, you can find it under Settings > General > Software integrations. There you will find the '<span style="color: #ff991f">Open settings</span>' button, with which you can open the link page.

The possibilities are different for each integration, but in general the settings are divided into a information that must be imported into OutSmart and information that must be exported from OutSmart. In the settings you can turn on what should and should not be transferred. But before you can do that, the link must first have the correct information about in which administration information may be extracted or added. In the [manual of the integration](https://out-smart.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IN) you can find how you can do this for your integrated software.

> ⚠️ 
> ⚠️ - Keep the integrated software as leading; update the customers and items in that software. Then this update also gets imported in OutSmart. In most cases, this does not work the other way around.
> ⚠️ - In general, we recommend working with one integration. There are possibilities for multiple integrations at the same time, but keep in mind that the debtors and items must all have the same codes (debtor numbers and article codes).

If you do not use an integration, you will have to get the information about customers and items in OutSmart yourself.
