But due to status or employee changes in the backoffice, the work order was not allowed to update the information Creating a deadlock. We now force the status/employee/date changes even though the work order still hasn't updated its information to the backoffice.* **[OSI-1387](https://out-smart.atlassian.net/browse/OSI-1387)** **Overview**: Sync error results in unfetched work orders. - *After every successful sync, we update the next synchronization date and time that needs to be applied. When a sync fails, the date and time is not allowed to be updated. Sometimes this would go wrong, resulting in work orders no longer being fetched unless they were updated in the backoffice again. We have now created a failsafe that always fetches all staged work orders. The backoffice could still remove the owner from the work order, which would cancel the work order in the archive and would stripe out the texts of the work order. Therefore, we have removed forms from the restrictions. And any form can now be filled by a colleague if the collaboration device policy is activated.* **[OSI-1356](https://out-smart.atlassian.net/browse/OSI-1356)** **WorkOrder-Materials**: Trim prices and amounts to 2 decimals unless more decimals are added. - *Due to the backoffice update in October. OutSmart now supports prices and amounts up to 5 decimals. Unfortunately, we did not trim the decimal prices to 2 whenever possible. Particularly in the add item screen, we have improved this.* **[OSI-1381](https://out-smart.atlassian.net/browse/OSI-1381)** **WorkOrder-Documents**: Error when opening documents as a colleague. - *When a document is opened, we do a check if the credentials of the user requesting the document are correct. Unfortunately, the check was done incorrectly. We have improved this.* **[OSI-1382](https://out-smart.atlassian.net/browse/OSI-1382)** **WorkOrder-Objects**: Objects created based on templates incorrectly fill installation date and maintenance date with the current date. - *When creating objects based on object templates, we will no longer prefill the installation and last maintenance date with the current date. We incorrectly assumed this would benefit all our users. The change has been reverted to how it used to work before patch 3.0.0.* **[OSI-1354](https://out-smart.atlassian.net/browse/OSI-1354)** **Clients**: Crash when synchronising Clients. - *Similar to editing client information for a deleted relation. The same could happen when refreshing the client list. This no longer happens.* **[OSI-1347](https://out-smart.atlassian.net/browse/OSI-1347)** **Geolocation**: Employee location not shown on Schedule Board map in Backoffice. - *We again correctly display the Employee location on the schedule board map in the backoffice based on the app geolocation settings.*
