Users can use any field available in the quotes in the email template. - OSD-7152 Add option to update work order execution date time end date end time based on indication work hour line through an automation. - OSD-7257 Generate Automatic JobNr Job Number can now be automatically generated based on work order configuration. - OSD-7493 Add Page-Break option in form builder - OSD-7532 Allow VAT code to be created without start date and end time: You can now create VAT lines again without start and end dates. If start and end date are not entered, it is applied at all times unless another VAT line with a similar code does contain specified times and dates. In that time frame, the specified time and date VATCODE line is applied. - OSD-7542 Set a default vat code. You can now set a VAT code as default - OSD-7588 Apply VAT to hours: VAT can now be set for Hour-Types as well. When set they will automatically be applied when hour lines are added to invoices and quotes. - OSD-7756 Form pre-filled answers improvement: Users can now set a placeholder for text questions - OSD-7992 Schedule board warning message when work order is removed from employee: When a work order is retrieved. The system will prompt validation. - OSD-7885 User can reject Quote from Quote Details: You can now create a quote rejection dropdown list. The dropdown list can be enabled in the quote template settings. When rejecting a quote a customer can select a reason from the dropdown list. - OSD-6181 Download Work order Pdf option in mail templates: Customers can use URL in the report, instead of an attachment. - OSD-5938 Add Work order, Tasks and Planner notes sync policy to Device policies: We moved the amount of days a work order can be received in the future on a device from work order details to app settings. You can now add separate value for tasks and notes as well. The default will be 31 days for all accounts until this is changed by the user. We will never send notes older than 365 days to the app. **Bug** - OSD-6948 Limit shown projects after selecting a customer in quotes or invoices We now only show projects attached to the customer/delivery address when selecting a project - OSD-6992 Portal URL needs to be automatically filled and equal in all additional portals Customer Portal names can now contain '-', and the company name is now pre-filled by default when creating a new Customer Portal. - OSD-7019 Internal Forms are shown in object list of the customer portal We no longer show internal forms in the object list of the customer portal - OSD-7049 Update Task mutation date when creating a new task. - OSD-7050 Allow the app to remove tasks when the task is deleted in the backoffice: Tasks are no longer synced with devices once deleted from back office - OSD-7059 Filtering on a parent group now correctly shows all subgroups as well: We now show all work orders, tasks, and notes for subgroups when filtering on a parent group in the scheduling board - OSD-7060 Clear filter should only remove the user-selected filters: 'Clear filters' in Invoices list and Quotes list now only clears user-selected filters, not those set by the loaded page. - OSD-7065 Active relation Free fields caused an error in the search screen: Fixed the issue where filtering on custom fields triggered errors without returning the desired result. - OSD-7135 Portal URL needs to change based on the portal template URL: Invitation emails for the Customer Portal now contain a URL to the correct portal. - OSD-7159 PDF contains multiple employee's names repeated: An employee name is now only listed once on the work order PDF - OSD-7161 Automation not triggering sending email with parameter delay set. Automation emails including a delay would not be send in particular scenario’s. This is fixed. - OSD-7163 Customer Portal sort by date doesn't work Correct sorting of data in the customer portal list view. - OSD-7291 Change App setting: WORKFLOW_SHOW_RELATION_DETAILS 1 to WORKFLOW_SHOW_CLIENT_DATA 1: Workflow show client data and work details did not function.
