## Instructions

Settings > SLA Policies

*Please note! Before you get started with SLA Policies, you need to create Priorities (Settings > Priorities).*

**Article Priorities.**

To create a new policy, click Add in the upper right corner.

1. Give your policy a unique code.
2. Give your policy a name.
3. And, if necessary, describe your policy.
4. Associate a work order status response. This is the status assigned to the work order when a response is made to the work order.
5. Link a work order status resolved. This is the status assigned to the work order when it is solved.
6. Enter the desired times per priority. This can be per minute, hour or day. Indicate whether business hours or calendar hours should be used.

**Link SLA to work order:**

To link an SLA policy to a work order fill in the following fields on your work order:

- Contract number
- SLA policy
- Priority

The progress of the policy can be seen on the planning board and in the work order itself. Within your contracts you can see which work orders fall within the SLA policy.
