## Why would you need Quotes?

Still working in Excel or any other programm to create quotes for the customers? No need to do so, when using OutSmart. When working with items, simply create a quote in OutSmart. The customer can accept the offer online and, when accepted, you can turn the quote into a work order with one mouseclick. There are many possibilities, all to configure with the articles in this part of our knowledge base. Be sure to check which licence the specific article is regarding and all the related articles, this may even open doors you did not know existed.
