## \uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

To create a new material within OutSmart, go to:

1. Logistics > New Item.

2. Give your material a unique article code.

3. If you want to be able to scan the material with the app, please provide a barcode as well.

4. If necessary, display the EAN code.

5. Give a description of the material.

6. Specify the selling price.

7. Specify the unit.

8. Indicate whether the item is only for internal use (Back Office).

If you still miss some data, then create a free field.

If you have created Item Categories on your account, you can also place the item directly in a category.
